Product Exchange policy is applicable to the product purchased directly from SKYHAHA Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as “SHH”). If you wish to initiate a product exchange, please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours (via cs@skyhaha.com) of receiving the products for further assistance:
A) Exchange of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
a.) The product delivered is different from the product ordered.
We will arrange to deliver the correct product/quantity.
b.) The products delivered is damaged or defective condition.
We will arrange to deliver the same product with the quantity that was reported defective.
c.) The products delivered is short shelf life with less than 60 days from expiry date.
We will arrange to deliver the same product/quantity with a newer expiry date.
d.) The order has been placed but has not been shipped out, you wish to amend the product or quantity ordered.
The new product/quantity selected must be of same value or higher value than that of the original order. If the new product/quantity selected is higher value than that of the original order, you must pay for the difference before we arrange to ship out the new order. If the new product/quantity selected is lower value that that of the original order, we will not refund the balance.
B) Any other exchange request that is not listed in Clause A, is strictly subject to the Company’s discretion to approve or reject the request.
C) All product exchange request must be supported by proof of purchase and the product must be returned to SHH, after Customer Service Team has approved the request.
D) In the event that the product is not available for an exchange, you may request to cancel the order and return the product, we shall process the refund accordingly.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
SKYHAHA Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as “SHH”) is certain you will be happy with your order. However, if for any reason stated below and you wish to request for a return of product and request for a refund, we gladly offer a solution, so long as the product was purchased directly from SHH.
A) Return and refund may be granted for the following reason:
a.) The product delivered is different from the product ordered;
b.) The products delivered is damaged or defective condition;
c.) The products delivered is short shelf life with less than 60 days from expiry date.
B) If you do not wish to opt for product exchange for scenario listed in clause (A) above, you may initiate a request to return and refund. Such request must reach our Customer Service Team within 2 days of receiving the product..
C) The refund processing timeline varies and depends on the payment method used when placing the order. The refund process might take up to 30 working days.
D) For eMember, the refund will be done through the same payment method of the order placed. (For example: if the order was paid by Credit Card, the refund amount will be credited to the same credit card number; if the order was paid by FPX online transfer, the refund amount will be credited to the same bank account number. If you used eV as the payment method, the refund amount will be credited into eV Account). If multiple payment method has been used, the amount to be credited for each payment method will be apportioned accordingly.
E) For Smart VIP, regardless of the payment method used, all refund will be credited into your E-Wallet account only.
