1. The parcel will be delivered by the SKYHAHA Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as “SHH”) appointed delivery courier company.
2. Delivery will be available from Monday- Friday during office hours, excluding public holidays.
3. After the payment has been made for the order, the estimated delivery timelines as follows:
Delivery for West Malaysia: 5 - 7 working days
Delivery for East Malaysia: 5 - 10 working days
4. Packages will be marked from "SHH" and require a signature upon delivery.
5. If you wish to enjoy express delivery, kindly choose Express Delivery and check out to see if your Shipping Address is within the applicable areas that offer Express Delivery. Express Delivery is subject to additional delivery charges. You may expect the delivery within 3 working days for West Malaysia; within 5 working days for East Malaysia, after the express delivery payment has been made.
6. Please refer to the shipping fee table for the applicable normal shipping fee. Express delivery fee will be shown upon check-out of the transaction.
7. The delivery timeline might be delayed/extended, if the order is placed during peak seasons such as festive seasons, campaign and/or promotion periods etc.
8. Once payment for the order has been made, you are not allowed to make changes on the delivery address.
9. Kindly ensure your shipping address is a deliverable address (Please do not provide PO Box Address). In any case, if the order is returned to us due to fail delivery, but the address is according to the shipping address provided on the order, you are required to pay for the shipping fee for re-arrangement of delivery.
